Send a brief.
Get an offer.
Three ways to work together. All fixed-price or fixed-rate, all in writing, all in your repo from commit one. No retainers to negotiate, no SOWs that read like novels.
[ How it works ]
Four steps. From brief to kickoff.
01
You send a brief
A few paragraphs, a Loom, a Figma — whatever you have. The clearer the brief, the sharper the offer. Even a napkin works.
02
We send an offer
Within 3 working days: scope, timeline, fixed price in EGP. One page, no boilerplate, no hidden conditions — what you read is what you sign.
03
You decide, on your terms
Take a day or take a month. Ask anything you'd like along the way; reply yes or no when you're ready — both are fine.
04
We start the work
Kick-off within a week of acceptance. Weekly demos every Friday, staging URL up by week 3. You own the code from commit one.
[ Frequently asked ]
Questions clients actually ask.
How do you price? +
Fixed price for Sprint and Build engagements, written in EGP and USD. Embedded is a monthly retainer. We don't do hourly billing for ourselves — it incentivizes the wrong things.
Who owns the work? +
You do. You own the repo, the cloud accounts, the design files, the documentation. We commit to your GitHub from day one. Nothing is ever locked behind us.
What if we don't like what you ship? +
We'd rather you say so in week 2 than week 8. Each phase ends with a decision point — you can stop the engagement and keep everything we've produced. No exit fee, no hostage code.
What about ongoing maintenance? +
After launch we offer a flat monthly retainer for support, monitoring, and small changes. Or we hand you a runbook and step away — your call.
One page. Three days.
Send us what you have. We'll send back a real offer — not a sales call.
